George's experience spans investment banking, business development and value-add private equity, across US, UK and European markets.

He has built business development infrastructure driving significant revenue growth in mid-market firms, and originated over $2 billion in deal volume. His transaction experience spans sectors and transaction types, with particular depth in private credit across construction and infrastructure, specialised agriculture, cleantech and life sciences.

Carl has spent four decades in investment banking across Stockholm, London, New York and Los Angeles, advising on more than 100 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $100 billion, across technology, retail, real estate, forestry, transportation and hospitality.

He spent the first part of his career at Enskilda Securities, the investment banking arm of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, working from Stockholm and London on IPOs, rights issues, public takeovers, private sales and acquisitions, restructurings and takeover defence. His mandates came from the principal investment houses of the Nordic region, listed industrial multinationals, and international private equity. He moved to New York as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Enskilda Securities Inc., SEB's US registered broker-dealer, and served as Senior Managing Director responsible for the firm's M&A alliance with The Blackstone Group.

He later joined Cappello Capital Corp in Santa Monica and has run his own advisory firm since. He is a registered representative of GT Securities, Inc. and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 82 registrations. He holds degrees in law and economics from Stockholm.

Richard has spent 27 years raising institutional capital and building global distribution platforms across private equity, private credit, real assets and hedge funds, with particular depth in Gulf sovereign and North American institutional capital.

He spent eleven years at BlackRock as Managing Director and Head of EMEA Consultant Relations, building the platform from inception and taking international assets from under 5 per cent of firm total to more than half. Mandates above $1 billion came from the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, the Qatar Investment Authority, the Kuwait Investment Authority, Saudi Aramco, Nordea, and the pension funds of GlaxoSmithKline, Diageo, BT and Barclays.

At Macquarie Investment Management he ran a thirty-person global team as Head of Global Consultant Relations and Middle East Institutional Business, adding more than $50 billion in consultant-intermediated assets and personally raising over $10 billion from ADIA, QIA and Saudi Aramco. He founded the London office of Twelve Capital, raising more than $1 billion from UBS, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs Wealth Management and Merrill. He began his career at Deutsche Asset Management and served five years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
